How a baby shop in Nottingham uses Distilo
~1.800 producten · ~4.300 bestellingen/mnd · webshop + marktplaats · 7 jr

I was guessing which products to bundle. Now I know.

My baby shop had hundreds of products and my “frequently bought together” blocks were pure guesswork.

I knew there was more to get from each order, but not which products actually pull each other along.

How I got my file

In your webshop: Orders → Export → CSV. (Or your marketplace’s orders export.) It is just a file with my sales:

customeremailorder dateamountproduct
S. Youngsyoung@…17-07-2024€ 22,00pack of nappies
L. Turnerlturner@…23-12-2024€ 58,00bottles
K. Brookskbrooks@…14-03-2025€ 140,00pack of nappies

That is all I sent. No integration, no technical setup.

What I did at Distilo

Then I went to Distilo. Three steps:

  1. 1 I bought the Amostra for €40.
  2. 2 I uploaded the file I had just exported.
  3. 3 I typed in one sentence what I wanted to know: “which products are often bought together?”
What I got back

A day later I got no raw numbers, but two things: a report that explains it in plain words, and the list itself.

A few product pairs are bought together far more often than apart, ideal to bundle.

Put those pairs together as a bundle or suggestion and your order value rises with no extra ads.

From your own file (example)

I made a bundle of the strongest combination and put it in the checkout as a suggestion.

More per order, from customers who were already checking out anyway.

The Amostra costs €40 and gives you one PDF with three quick analyses on your real data (lapsing customers, your best customers, and what is often bought together). Subscribe within 30 days and the €40 becomes credit.

Try it for your own shop · €40

Send your sales list, we do the rest. Nothing technical.

Example based on a composite shop; persona and numbers are illustrative. The analysis itself is a real Distilo run on your own sales list.
